Yogalates is a method of exercise that fuses the practices of Yoga and Pilates. The exercises will cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular attention paid to building tone in deeper postural “core ” muscles. Who is this class appropriate for? This program is aimed at Men (all fitness levels) to help improve postural control, pelvic floor strength and endurance and develop general fitness and muscle tone.

How long does the class go for? The class goes for a duration of 45 minutes.
Will I be supervised? Absolutely! This class has a highly skilled and experienced instructor who has thorough knowledge of any injuries you may have, and specific modifications to progress or regress the level of exercise you are performing.
