NEW PULSE MEMBERSHIP JOINING REQUIREMENTS
New Pulse Membership Cards will only be issued when the following documents and identification are provided to the Pacific Building Management Group.
OWNERS:
- Completed application and induction form.
- Proof of ownership (Eg. Strata Levy Notice and Council or Water Rates)
- Photo lD (Eg. Driver Licence or Passport)
- Fee: $25.00 per card payable by EFT, Credit Card (AMEX not accepted) or Cheque.
TENANTS:
- Completed application and induction form.
- Proof of Residence (Eg. current Lease Agreement with minimum three month validity).
Continuous Lease Agreement requires current utility bills to be attached.
- Photo lD (Eg. Driver Licence or Passport)
- Fee: $25.00 per card, $25.00 per month (min 3 months) payable by EFT, Credit Card (AMEX not accepted) or Cheque.
NO PROOF OF RESIDENCE:
- Completed application and induction form.
- Proof of Residence (Eg. current Lease Agreement and completed Statutory Declaration).
Continuous Lease Agreement requires current utility bills to be attached.
- Photo lD (Eg. Drivers Licence or Passport)
- Fee: $25.00 per card, $25.00 per month (min 3 months) payable by EFT, Credit Card (AMEX not accepted) or Cheque.
PACIFIC BUILDING MANAGEMENT GROUP BUSINESS HOURS
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm (Last appointment taken at 4:30pm)
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm (Last appointment taken at 11:30am)
Pacific Building Management Group will refuse to issue any cards without the required documents mentioned above without exception.
