Pulse Club Rules

 

  • The Pulse Club is open to all members and their guests. (Gym is strictly for members ONLY)
  • Guests pay a casual rate of $10 per guest when entering the gym floor.
  • Guests and children must always be accompanied by a member when using the facility.
  • The Pulse Club is a smoke and alcohol free zone.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Pulse Club.
  • Food is not to be consumed in the Pulse Club.
  • Glass containers are not to be brought into the Pulse Club.
  • Spitting, swearing, profanity or other loud and offensive behavior is not permitted.
  • Please treat everyone in the Pulse Club with respect at all times.
  • When leaving the Pulse Club, please do so quietly.
  • Members and Guests must follow instructions given by Pulse Staff or Security.
  • Please ensure valuables are not left unattended.
  • Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for a breach of these rules.

 

Pulse Pool’s

 

  • The Pulse Pools are for the exclusive use of Pulse Members and their guests (4 maximum guest for the outdoor pool. 2 maximum guests for the indoor pool).
  • The Member must accompany guests at all times. This is strictly for insurance purposes if any injury is to occur.
  • The Member is responsible for ensuring that their guests also adhere to the Pulse Rules.
  • All Pool users are to abide by the Pulse Club Rules and Pool Rules at all times. Failure to adhere to the Rules may result in a member being removed from the facility. Subsequent breaches may see a member’s card suspended or terminated.
  • The Pools may only be used during the times stipulated by the Pulse Gym Management.
  • Swimmers must shower prior to using the pool.
  • Entry to the pool area and the use of the pool is at your own risk.
  • Anyone with an infectious/contagious medical condition or skin complaint must not use the pools.
  • Babies and Toddlers are to wear appropriate swimming nappies at all times.
  • Pool users are to follow the instruction of Pulse Pool Signage, Pulse Staff and security at all times.

 

Pulse Tennis Courts

 

  • TENNIS COURT RULES
  • The following tennis court rules apply:
  • The Pulse Tennis Courts are for the exclusive use of Pulse Members and their guests.
  • A Member may bring a maximum of three guests at any time to the Pulse Tennis Courts.
  • Per the Pulse Club Rules, Members are aged 16 years and over. Children must always be accompanied by a Member.
  • All Tennis court users must abide by the Pulse Club and Tennis Court Rules at all times. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in a member being removed from the facility. Subsequent breaches may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • Appropriate attire and shoes must be worn at all times.
  • No other sports may be played in the tennis court area, except with the written permission of Pulse Management.
  • TENNIS COURT BOOKINGS
  • The following restrictions apply to tennis court bookings:
  • Tennis courts must be booked online, via the Pulse website.
  • If players are not on the court within 10 minutes of the booking start time, then the booking shall be deemed a “no show” and the court may be made available to standby players.
  • Members may only book the tennis courts for one hour per day.

 

Pulse BBQ Hire

 

  • The Pulse BBQ’s are for the use of Pulse Members and their guests. (Maximum of 4 guests per Pulse member only. Guest policy also applies to Pulse BBQ Hire).
  • Maximum 1 hour FREE hire for Pulse members only.
  • The hirer is required to pay a $50 bond to Pulse staff on duty to ensure the entire BBQ area is left cleaned after usage. If cleanliness is not met Pulse Management reserve the right to keep the bond.
  • The BBQ’s are only available to book if there are no private function room bookings. (Please ask staff on duty).
  • Requests for bookings do not have to be in advance.
  • If you have booked and are not at the BBQ area by 10 minutes past the booking hour then the booking shall be deemed a “no show” and booking cancelled. Cancellations caused by inclement weather is out of control of Pulse Management. Please ensure you call Pulse Club prior in regards to this: 9647 4333
  • The BBQ area may be used for Pulse Management organised events such as function room bookings.
  • You must bring along all necessary cooking and cleaning utensils.
  • The hirer must abide by the Outdoor Pool Rules located within the pool area.
  • No smoking anywhere at the outdoor pool.
  • No glass of any kind at the outdoor pool.
  • The entire pool area (BBQ area included) is STRICTLY a non-alcoholic area.
  • Failure to abide by the rules may result in immediate removal from the Club. Subsequent breaches may result in suspension or termination of the membership.

– If any alcoholic beverages are brought into the area penalty fees will apply and may result in immediate removal from the Club.

 

Classes


The following applies to classes offered at Pulse:

  • Classes and coaching must all be booked online via www.pulselife.com.au/bookings
  • Classes may only be attended by a Pulse Member with an active membership.
  • Guests pay a casual rate of $10 per guest when attending a Pulse class and must book in at the front desk.
  • Pulse Classes are on a “first booked, first served” policy.
  • Pulse Premium Classes are also booked via www.pulselife.com.au/bookings and payment is collected by the instructor on the day.
  • Pulse Schools/Coaches must only operate as defined by the Sub Contractor Agreement and must provide members’ information to Pulse Club Management (contact manager).
  • It is the Instructor/Coaches responsibility to ensure that all class participants have booked and are registered Pulse Members.
