Toni has been teaching dynamic Hatha yoga for 15 years. She has taught in a variety of settings (gyms, corporate, privates, yoga studios), including students of a wide range of ages. She receives extremely good feedback about her classes. Toni places a strong emphasis on good alignment, breathing and modifying poses appropriately for different people. Toni believes that everyone can benefit from yoga, no matter what age or physical condition. She thinks that yoga is a very valuable practice for people at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. She has been practicing for 19 years and enjoys dipping into different styles of yoga from time-to-time.
