Indoor Function Room

We are pleased to offer our members the opportunity to hire out our wonderful large function room located within the main gym complex, adjacent to the children’s playground. It is the perfect space to host a birthday celebration, baby shower, get together or corporate event. When you hire the Indoor Function Room the following is included:

  • 5 large round tables
  • 50 chairs
  • A separate area for food preparation includes use of fridge and microwave, no cooking allowed
  • Doors fold away to create a large, light open space into the playground
  • Air conditioning (if doors are kept shut)

The following terms apply:

  • Subject to availability based on the gym class timetable
  • 50 guest capacity, including children
  • Alcohol permitted with proof of a current RSA. No glass permitted
  • $150 per hour rate for the first 3 hours (minimum). Additional hours are charged at $75 per hour
  • Room must be cleaned and restored to its original state before leaving
  • $150 bond. Returned within 7 days provided that area is left in an acceptable condition
  • Hire time is inclusive of set up and cleaning up
