Jo is passionate about fitness and wellness so when she first discovered Pilates 10 years ago she quickly began to feel the benefits of practicing such a unique form of exercise. Jo has extended her knowledge and experience in Pilates by working with physiotherapists, dancers, athletes and pregnant women, individually and in group classes and loves every minute of it. Her extensive understanding of physical abilities and limitations allows her to tailor and modify exercises to meet the needs of clients. Jo believes that through Pilates, mind/body/spirit connection, core strength, flexibility, posture, and muscles imbalances are greatly improved which leads to greater protection of the spine. “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, in 30 you will have a new body.” Joseph Pilates
