Active Seniors
This class is one especially for our wise residents at Wentworth Point. These classes will work on knee strength, stability, strength, core and heart health. It is open for men and women.
Whilst this class is specific for our over 60’s if you are recovering from injury or have any injury concerns, this class might be a good one to help you on your journey to better health.
Yogalates – Strengthen, Stretch & Center Your Body
Yogalates is the perfect fusion of yoga and Pilates, designed to enhance flexibility, build core strength, and promote mindfulness. This low-impact class combines the meditative and stretching benefits of yoga with the core-firming, posture-improving techniques of Pilates. Suitable for all fitness levels, Yogalates helps tone muscles, improve posture, reduce stress, and support overall body alignment. Strong Foundations – Build Strength, Improve Form & Gain Confidence
Strong Foundations is a resistance-based class focused on mastering technique, building full-body strength, and improving functional movement. Ideal for beginners and seasoned participants alike, this class uses free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to teach correct form and prevent injury. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to solidify your technique, Strong Foundations will help you develop a solid base to support all your fitness goals. Pilates – Strengthen from the Core Outward

PULSE Aqua Aerobics
This one is for all ages and all fitness levels. Be guided by our legendary instructor Janelle as she turns up the volume, cranks up some of her favourite music and gets you movin’ to the beat in the water. Don’t underestimate this one. It’s fun and also a great workout and kind to the joints.
Zumba – Dance, Sweat & Smile
Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class that fuses Latin-inspired rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total-body cardio workout. Set to upbeat music, Zumba turns exercise into a dance party, helping you burn calories, improve coordination, and elevate your mood. HIIT to the Core – Fast, Fierce & Functional
HIIT to the Core delivers a powerful blend of high-intensity interval training and focused core work to burn fat, build endurance, and sculpt your midsection. This time-efficient workout alternates explosive cardio bursts with strength-based core exercises, designed to keep your heart rate up while improving balance, stability, and power. Ideal for those who love a challenge, this class pushes your limits in the best way—helping you get stronger, faster, and more resilient. Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels, with modifications available.
PULSE Yoga for Hip Mobility
Modern lifestyles mean that the muscles around our hips get tight and weak. This can cause other problems in the body. This class works at strengthening and opening up the hip area to counteract the effects of sitting too much and being too sedentary. It will benefit all ages and all levels of ability.
Boxing Burnout – Unleash Power, Build Stamina, Burn Calories
Boxing Burnout is a high-energy cardio workout that blends traditional boxing techniques with fast-paced interval training. Punch, jab, and hook your way through a dynamic session designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and strengthen both your upper and lower body. With the use of boxing gloves, pads, and bodyweight movements, this class improves coordination, agility, and core stability. Suitable for all fitness levels, Boxing Burnout is perfect for anyone looking to relieve stress, sharpen their reflexes, and walk away feeling strong, sweaty, and empowered.
Yoga Slow and Steady
This yoga session will focus on moving into different yoga poses in rhythm with your breathing and learning and simple breathing techniques. It will be slow and introspective movement practice which will help you build strength, mobility and balance in physical body as well as in your mental and emotional body.

Gravity Grind – Defy Limits, Build Strength, Own Every Movement
Gravity Grind is a full-body strength and conditioning class that uses functional movements and bodyweight resistance to help you push past your limits. Inspired by athletic training and grounded in precision technique, this class challenges every major muscle group through circuits, plyometrics, and resistance-based drills. Expect a mix of floor work, mobility drills, and core crushers to elevate your power and control. Designed for all levels, Gravity Grind focuses on improving balance, explosive strength, and muscular endurance – leaving you grounded, gritty, and stronger with every session.


Booking Rules
Failure to comply with the following booking rules will result in a penalty on your membership restricting your ability to book classes and the tennis courts for 1 week. Class booking Rules:
- All bookings MUST be done at least 1 hour prior to class starting.
- If you are unable to make it to the class you MUST cancel your booking at least 1 hour prior to class starting. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty on your membership restricting your ability to book classes or tennis courts for 1 week.
- You MUST scan your blue tag prior to each class. This will check you into the class. You can scan at any access point in the gym to check into your class.
- You will not be allowed to attend any classes unless you have made a booking.
- You cannot make bookings for other people or give out your blue tag to friends, family or guests for use of any Pulse facilities.
Pulse Management and staff have the right to suspend your membership if you fail to comply with these rules.
