Aqua Aerobics
Works on your cardio in the swimming pool, takes you through a number of endurance exercises to help you stay in shape. Appropriate for all ages.

Dance-Fit
Dance-Fit is your way to a healthier and fitter you while dancing to some of your favourite tunes. Great way to help you get in an effective cardio and tone up session. More than anything, it is a great way to unwind at the end of the day and get in a more positive and upbeat mood.
This class is perfect for anyone and everyone. No age limit, no previous dancing experience required. It is all about having fun, moving and grooving to the music and celebrating with other loving members of our community.

Hatha Dynamic Yoga
Hatha Dynamic Yoga is a fast-moving intense yoga class designed to improve your strength, stamina and fitness. Note: This class is NOT for beginners. Do not attend if:
- You have less than 6 months of regular yoga experience
- Have any major limitations in your body
- Currently have an injury

HIIT Express
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a 30 min intense workout.
Not for the faint of heart. Workouts will be a mixture of explosive body weight and weighted exercises, designed to get the heart rate racing and the lactic acid flowing.
Benefits of HIIT style training is burning a lot of calories in a short amount of time, increasing your metabolic rate for hours after the workout and burns fat.

Hip Mobility Yoga
Modern lifestyles mean that the muscles around our hips get tight and weak. This can cause other problems in the body. This class works at strengthening and opening up the hip area to counteract the effects of sitting too much and being too sedentary. It will benefit all ages and all levels of ability.

Yogalates
Yogalates is a method of exercise that fuses the practices of Yoga and Pilates. The exercises will cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular attention paid to building tone in deeper postural “core ” muscles. Yogalates is suitable for all ages and encourages a connection with the self to soothe stress and aid relaxation and initial inner calm and overall well being.

Booking Rules
Failure to comply with the following booking rules will result in a penalty on your membership restricting your ability to book classes and the tennis courts for 1 week. Class booking Rules:
- All bookings MUST be done at least 1 hour prior to class starting.
- If you are unable to make it to the class you MUST cancel your booking at least 1 hour prior to class starting. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty on your membership restricting your ability to book classes or tennis courts for 1 week.
- You MUST scan your blue tag prior to each class. This will check you into the class. You can scan at any access point in the gym to check into your class.
- You will not be allowed to attend any classes unless you have made a booking.
- You cannot make bookings for other people or give out your blue tag to friends, family or guests for use of any Pulse facilities.
Pulse Management and staff have the right to suspend your membership if you fail to comply with these rules.
