As a resident of The Waterfront you are entitled to join Pulse Life.
A community based residential facility that includes access to all of the following:
- Access to gym
- A range of group exercise classes
- 25 metre indoor heated pool and steam room
- Outdoor leisure pool (October through to March)
- 2 Tennis courts
- Multiple function spaces (additional fees apply)
- Swim school (additional fees apply)
- Premium programs such as small group strength, tennis and more (additional fees apply)

We have 2 memberships available for persons aged 16 and above. Please choose which membership applies to you and follow the links below.
Please note that all members must have an active membership and tags are strictly non transferable.
Pulse Club is a private club and is independent from any strata scheme at The Waterfront.
Pulse Gold Membership (Renters)
Pulse Gold Membership consists of:
- $30.00 joining fee (once only)
- Memberships can be 3, 6 or 12 months (depending on time left on lease) and;
- Paid fortnightly ($34.90 per fortnight paid through Ezidebit plus a once only $5.50 Ezidebit direct debit set up fee or;
- Full cost paid upfront ($220.35 for 3 months, $440.70 for 6 months and $881.40 for 12 months)
Please note there is a dishonour fee of $9.90 charged by Ezidebit if there are insufficient funds in your nominated bank account.
Once you have signed up, you will need to visit Pulse reception, to pick up a tag, we will need to take your picture for your membership and you will also need to show us your ID.
Other Information
2 weeks prior to your membership expiring you will receive an email to renew, which can be done all online.
Membership can be cancelled at any time. However, no refunds can be issued upon cancellation of the membership. Two weeks notice is required for those paying fortnightly as this will give the system enough time to adjust and debit accordingly.

Pulse Platinum Membership (Owners)
Pulse Platinum Membership is available to owners and their immediate family. This includes the spouse, parents and children of the owner, provided that they are living at The Waterfront, in the same apartment and can provide proof.
Membership fees are paid via the strata payments but you will need to pay a joining fee of $30 when you initially sign up. Your Pulse Platinum membership will need to be renewed yearly with proof of ownership, such as a current strata notice or council rates via an online email that will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your expiry.
Once you have signed up, you will need to visit Pulse reception, to pick up a tag, we will need to take your picture for your membership, show your ID and pay your $30.
Immediate family members are required to attend Pulse Club reception with the legal owner of the property and provide proof of their relation, photo identification AND proof of residency. For example, this could be a marriage certificate, a driver’s licence and a recent bill in their name with the relevant address. If you have no documentation to prove you are immediate family you will need to get a signed affidavit. This membership will also last one year.
