Pulse Gold Membership (Tenants)

To sign up for your Gold Membership you will need to come to the Pulse Club reception with the following:

Pulse Gold Membership consists of:

  • $25.00 joining fee (once only)
  • $5.50 direct debit set up fee (once only)
  • Membership fees and duration can be in the following options:
    • $22.90 fortnightly for 3, 6 or 12 months (depending on time left on lease)
    • $148.85 upfront for 3 months
    • $297.70 upfront for 6 months

Please note there is a dishonour fee of $21.90 charged by Ezidebit if there are insufficient funds in your nominated bank account.

Once your membership expires you will need to re-present proof of residency at the reception. In the case where your lease rolls over to a month-to-month lease, then your membership duration can only be 3 months at a time.

Membership can be cancelled at any time. However, no refunds can be issued upon cancellation of the membership. Two weeks’ notice is preferable for those paying fortnightly as this will give the system enough time to adjust and debit accordingly.

This information is correct as at October 2019. Pulse Club reserves the right to change terms and conditions of membership at any time.

Pulse Platinum Membership (Owners)

Pulse Platinum Membership is available to owners and their immediate family. This includes spouse, parents and children of the owner, provided that they are living at The Waterfront. To sign up for a Platinum Membership you will need to come to the Pulse Club reception with the following:

Membership fees are paid via the strata payments but you will need to pay the $25 joining fee when you initially sign up. Your Pulse Platinum membership will need to be renewed yearly with proof of ownership, such as a current strata notice or council rates.

Immediate family members are required to attend Pulse Club reception with the legal owner of the property and provide proof of their relation, photo identification AND proof of residency. For example, this could be a marriage certificate, a driver’s licence and a recent bill in their name with the relevant address. If you have no documentation to prove you are immediate family you will need to get a signed affidavit. This membership will also last one year. Once the membership has expired you will need to re-present proof of residency and proof that the apartment is still owned by your relative/partner, such as a recent bill in your name and the strata notice or council rates. This will allow you to renew the membership for another year.
