Investment: To participate in this exclusive program, the investment is $280 for four weeks (ONLY $35 PER SESSION). This covers 8 sessions, each lasting one hour. Empower HER
EmpowerHER is our first 6-week Women’s Strength Program, that will provide progressive strength training and online hormone health coaching to help women conquer their goals and see the results they want in action.
EmpowerHER is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. So, if you’re new to the gym or looking to advance your strength training to the next level, this program is for you! We will provide the tools and support you need to transform your health and fitness.
We are keen to show you how you can achieve the health and fitness goals you’ve wanted. This Women’s Strength Program is your key to toning up and building unstoppable strength.
What we will provide you:
🏋️♀️ Tailored Strength Training: You will get 2x 1-hour Small Group Training Sessions per week (Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm). These sessions are crafted to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body in a way that’s uniquely yours.
🌐 Online Hormonal Health Coaching: You will receive weekly hormonal health coaching through a private Facebook group, offering valuable insights into how your body works and empowering you to make informed decisions about your fitness and health.

Pulse Groovy Kids
We’re thrilled to announce a couple of exciting opportunities for our young ones this upcoming school holiday break. Whether your child is a budding tennis star or loves to move and groove, we have something for everyone!
First up we have Pulse Groovy Kidz Dance Camp—an exciting program designed to ignite creativity, build movement skills, and keep our kids active and engaged throughout the holidays.
Details of the Camp:
- Dates: 10th, 11th and 12th July
- Location: Pulse Function Room
- Time: Ages 5-7 1-3pm, Ages 8-11 3-5pm
Highlights:
- Kids will be given the opportunity to explore jazz and hip hop foundations.
- Creative juices will flow with fun and stimulating drama, dance and fitness activities.
- Performance opportunity on the final day of the camp.

This year, we’re excited to offer two options for the for the school holiday period.
Camp 1 – 8th & 9th July
Ages 4-10: 2 hours each day
Time: 10:30am – 12:30pm

Camp 2 – 15th, 16th & 17th July

Cost: $150 for the 3 days
Each camp provides an experience packed with tennis drills, games, and coaching tailored to your child’s age and skill level.

Serve and Rally Boot Camp
Ready to ace your game and smash those shots? Our Serve and Rally Adult Tennis Boot Camp is here to serve up some serious fun and skills!
Picture this: Monday nights filled with laughter, sweat, and plenty of “ah-ha” moments as you master the court. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned player, we’ve got just the spot for you.
For our beginners, it’s all about laying the foundation – no experience required, just a passion to learn and a desire to rally.
Now, for our intermediate players, it’s time to level up. If you can wield your forehand and backhand (rally up to 10 shots), and serve up some spin, this class is your playground.
